I understand what it’s like to sense that there’s more for you in life, whether personally, professionally, or both. I’ve been there.
I remember what it’s like to sense something missing or lacking, even if you have it all (or mostly) together and are more or less content with how things are in your life.
I also know what it’s like to discover that there IS more fulfillment available in any area of life if you’re willing to get uncomfortable and stretch yourself past the places you’ve allowed yourself to explore in the past.
I’ve witnessed the incredible power that comes from observing our ways of being. When we make conscious, intentional choices, we live into the possibilities we want to create instead of taking a back seat to our lives.
By demonstrating who we are willing to be in this world, we break free from defaulting to old patterns and beliefs that may no longer align with our core values.
With a shift in your mindset and being, you can discover how to identify opportunities and possibilities where obstacles and problems exist.

As a coach, I help you to tap into and increase your fulfillment so that you can live from your most authentic expression of self, which inspires others to do the same.
I find great joy in being alongside an individual or a team to accomplish something they didn’t know they could do or might have otherwise talked themself out of doing.
I am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I am a graduate of the Academy for Coaching Excellence, where I received rigorous training.
I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation and the ICF Minnesota Chapter. I have also completed Coach Development training with BetterUp.
